The Highland County Arts Council was formed to promote the arts and provide cultural enrichment for the community. Local artists display their work at receptions and shows. Children and adults perform in the theater program, and summer concerts have become a tradition. You are invited to attend any of these events and to become a member of this worthwhile organization.
Many thanks to Doug Canfield for the use of his oil painting and to Arnet Gutshall for the use of his fiddle in creating our background photograph.

The Arts Council provides opportunities for entertainment and education in a variety of fields.
